16" x 32" overlay install door is designed to fit openings smaller than 16" tall and 32" wide. The opening must have a minimum of 3.5" of clearance on all side and bottom. Openings that are close to the ground or other objects and don't allow 3.5" of clearance will require one of our custom built doors.
Doors are made in Mount Pleasant, SC
Constructed of PVC, nothing to rot.
No hinges, nothing to rust.
No latch, magnet mounted on inside of the door that is out of the way allowing for clean lines and less opportunity for failures in latches.
16" x 32" is the largest appropriate HOLE OPENING SIZE, the full frame dimensions are larger.

What do I need for install
All you need for install is a drill, a 5/16 masonry bit for pilot holes, and an exterior grade silicone around the edge.

PVC Care Instructions
PVC is made for exterior conditions. Cleans with soap & water. Painting with dark colors and in direct sunlight can cause door to attract heat. Recommend only painting with specialty PVC paint.
